Yes. The majority of our commercial work is as a subcontractor to main contractors and developers. We understand commercial contracts, variations processes, and site protocols. We're happy to work to your standard subcontract terms.
Absolutely. We regularly work on live sites and around operational businesses. We'll plan sequencing to minimise disruption and coordinate with other trades. Just let us know your constraints and we'll programme accordingly.
We service commercial projects across the lower North Island including Manawatu, Wanganui, Rangitikei, Horowhenua, Kapiti, Wellington, Hawkes Bay, and Tararua regions. For projects outside these areas, get in touch and we'll discuss feasibility.
